As you work with campaigns, you’ll often need to edit them — change their names, move them, or adjust their logic. The new Incomaker NEXT interface is designed so that you can make these changes quickly, clearly, and without unnecessary risk of errors.

In this chapter, we’ll focus on the most common types of campaign edits.

Renaming a Campaign

Renaming a campaign is a simple but very important step for long-term clarity.

We recommend:

  • using clear, descriptive campaign names,

  • taking the campaign’s purpose and main scenario into account,

  • thinking ahead about navigating the campaign list later on.

Changing a campaign’s name has no effect on its functionality or its SmartFlow settings; it serves solely to improve clarity.

Moving and Organizing Campaigns

As the number of campaigns grows, organizing them well becomes important.
The new interface lets you manage campaigns clearly and keep things tidy.

Thanks to the ability to move campaigns, you can:

  • logically separate active and inactive campaigns,

  • group campaigns by purpose or time period,

  • make navigation easier for yourself and for other team members.

Good campaign organization makes long-term management significantly easier.

Changes within SmartFlow

One of the main advantages of the new interface is the ability to edit the SmartFlow even for campaigns that already exist.

You can:

  • add new branches,

  • change the conditions of individual steps,

  • adjust the connections between steps.

All changes are immediately visible throughout the campaign flow, so you always have an overview of how your edits affect the overall logic.

Editing Active vs. Stopped Campaigns

When making edits, it’s important to distinguish the campaign’s status:

  • for campaigns in draft or stopped status, you can make edits without restriction,

  • for active campaigns, it’s wise to proceed carefully and be clear on how your changes will affect their operation.

Thanks to the clear SmartFlow view, the new interface helps you monitor and evaluate your changes more effectively.

Recommendations for Safe Campaign Edits

  • Always review the entire SmartFlow before making larger changes.

  • Consider stopping the campaign if you’re planning major edits.

  • After editing, check the connections between the individual steps.

This minimizes the risk of unintended campaign behavior.

What Comes Next

In the upcoming chapters, we’ll focus on:

  • working with templates in the new interface,
  • changes to how they’re managed and used,
  • and linking templates to SmartFlow and campaigns.
