How do you do that?
If you need to use custom text in the email template to match the gender of the contact, use the “Inflection” feature in the text editor. Enter the masculine/feminine version and in the “Unknown” field, enter the text that would appear if the contact’s gender is unknown. Incomaker will select the correct text for each email based on the contact’s gender.
