The Campaigns report provides detailed insights into the performance of your email marketing campaigns. It helps you analyze key metrics such as delivery rates, engagement levels, and issues affecting the success of your campaigns. With this data, you can optimize your email strategies to achieve better results. Below is a breakdown of each block and its purpose.

Block 1: Delivery Funnel

This block visualizes the entire lifecycle of your email campaigns, from sending to customer interaction:

• The funnel graph includes the following metrics:

Sent: Total emails sent (light blue).

Delivered: Successfully delivered emails (dark blue).

Opened: Emails opened by recipients (yellow).

Clicked: Links clicked in emails (green).

Soft Bounce: Temporary delivery issues (pink).

Hard Bounce: Permanent delivery failures (black).

Spam: Emails marked as spam (red).

Usefulness: Offers a comprehensive overview of your campaign performance, helping you identify where drop-offs occur and which aspects need improvement.

Block 2: Stability Flow

This block monitors the consistency of your email campaigns over time:

• A line graph tracks trends for key variables:

Emails Sent.

Delivered Emails.

Soft Bounces.

Hard Bounces.

Spam Reports.

Usefulness: Allows you to spot trends and anomalies in your campaign performance, ensuring stable and consistent results.

Block 3: Soft Bounce Analysis

This block breaks down temporary email delivery failures (soft bounces):

• A pie chart categorizes soft bounces by error type:

421: Email service is busy, try again later.

450: Mailbox is busy, try again later.

451: Local error, try again later.

452: Insufficient space, try again later.

455: Server cannot process now, try again later.

Usefulness: Helps you identify the main causes of soft bounces and take corrective actions, such as resending emails at a different time.

Block 4: Hard Bounce Analysis

This block focuses on permanent email delivery failures (hard bounces):

• A pie chart categorizes hard bounces by error type:

500: Error in the email.

501: Error in the address.

502: Command not understood.

503: Commands are out of order.

504: Server does not understand the command.

550: Mailbox unavailable.

551: User not local.

552: Mailbox is too full.

553: Mailbox name is incorrect.

554: Email cannot be delivered.

Usefulness: Highlights the primary reasons for hard bounces, enabling you to clean your email list and improve your sender reputation.

Table

In the table, you will find all campaigns that took place within the specified time range. Thanks to the “A/B” icon, you can also easily find campaigns that included A/B tests. After clicking on a campaign with an A/B test, you can view the A/B test results in the campaign details.
